56 Year old father of two grown daughters. An active guy who has had many lives. Air Force Veteran, college instructor, Ironman triathlete, good surfer, great skier and suddenly, I wake up in the ICU with 16 screws and two rods holding my neck together. I had some of paralysis, brain injury and lots of trauma. My case was deemed unsurvivable, but I beat that somehow. Life part 2.0 started from there with 14 months of physical therapy. My new life includes many active things, including Krav Maga.
