Ivy Perez: * I had self worth & self respect issues due to abuse as a child which led to alcohol abuse for approximately three decades * I ran a couple of marathons & halfs * Every 2-4 years I would move, start a new job &/or start a new relationship * A car accident caused me to ask "what my purpose was?" (due to alcohol) and it was at this juncture I started my SELF journey * June of 2018 I said no more to alcohol. * 2023 at the age of 52 (just shy of 53) I completed my first Tri. * Staying consistent, vision always at the forefront * Understanding the unconscious mind. * Breast Cancer * Going into the Army at 39-40 but God had a different plan
